One-bedroom + study, two-bedroom, two-bedroom + study and three-bedroom terraced homes are available for purchase.

Is Rosier Park freehold?

Yes, Rosier Park terraces are on a fee simple (freehold) title, which also means there are no body corporate fees.

Which appliances are included?

Kitchens will be fitted out with a quality Bosch cooktop, oven, range hood and dishwasher, as well as a Robinhood waste disposal unit.

What are the ownership costs?
